Pan-African Mentoring and Learning Organization (PAMLO)
Dr. Olubayi Olubayi is the founder and chair of the advisory board of PAMLO (the Pan-African Mentoring and Learning Organization) whose mission is to promote literacy and self-reliance throughout the African diaspora.

What is PAMLO?
PAMLO, the Pan-African Mentoring and Learning Organization, is a nonprofit organization that specializes in advising educational institutions and communities on how to improve academic performance, how to access educational materials, how to motivate learners and teachers, how to encourage entrepreneurship among school-leavers and graduates, and on how to build local and global partnerships.

The PAMLO Vision
The long term vision of PAMLO is to provide educational consulting services to the entire Pan-African world. PAMLO helps organize chapters in different districts and regions of each country.

PAMLO competitions and activities in each district and region are sponsored by different individuals using the same template from the parent-PAMLO organization.

PAMLO was founded in December1999 in Kakemer village of Kenya. The founding itself was a Pan-African moment in which the discussions included children, adults, village residents, urban residents, and Prof. Richard Okafor of Nigeria who was visiting Kenya for the first time and talked about how education made it possible for him to travel around Africa and the rest of the world.
